International Path Delay Service: models
- Time series in ascii format — collects paths
delay on a grid of azumth and elevations for

stations.
The slant path delays for all stations are grouped
in ascii files in SPD_ASCII
format, one file per epoch. The time step of slant path delay depends
on the model: either 3 or 6 hours.
